SoundztoSuccess – Parent Terms & Conditions

At SoundztoSuccess, our mission is to provide high-quality, engaging, and safe learning experiences for every child. To ensure that all sessions run smoothly and in the best interest of our students, we request parents/guardians to carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions before enrollment.
 

• Enrollment & Attendance

 1. Parents must ensure that children attend classes on time and regularly.
 2. Missed sessions will not be compensated unless prior notice and valid reasons are communicated.
 3. The learning environment at home must be quiet, well-lit, and free from distractions during online sessions.
 4. Parents are encouraged to monitor and support their child’s progress.
 
 

• Fees & Payments

1. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of each course or term.
2. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of SoundztoSuccess management.
3. Late payment of fees may result in the suspension of classes until the dues are cleared
 

• Code of Conduct

1. Parents must ensure that their child maintains respectful and polite behavior towards teachers and fellow students.
2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or removal from the course without a refund.
3. Parents must refrain from using offensive language or 3. engaging in disrespectful communication with staff.
 
 

• ​Parent–Teacher Policy

1. No personal contact should be made with the teacher outside of the scheduled sessions, apart from knowing their name and the lessons they teach.
2. Teachers are not permitted to share any personal contact details with students or parents.
3. No personal information should be exchanged between teacher and student.
4. All communication must be conducted through the official SoundztoSuccess channels only.
5. Any concerns, feedback, or issues regarding the teacher or class should be reported directly to the administration.
 

• Privacy & Confidentiality

1. All learning materials provided by SoundztoSuccess are the intellectual property of the organization and must not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
2. Students and parents are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or sharing any part of the class without prior written consent.
3. SoundztoSuccess respects your privacy and will never share your personal details with third parties without consent.
 

• Safety & Child Protection

1. All classes are conducted in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
2. Teachers are trained to follow strict child safety protocols.
3. Parents are responsible for ensuring that children log in on time and remain under appropriate supervision if required.
 

• Communication & Support

2. Parents are encouraged to communicate openly regarding their child’s progress, difficulties, or any special needs.
3. Messages sent to teachers outside official channels will not be entertained.
 

• Class Access & Technical Requirements

1. Parents are responsible for providing a working device, stable internet connection, and necessary software for online classes.
2. If a child is unable to attend due to technical issues at home, the session will still be considered attended and will not be rescheduled.
 

• Disciplinary Action

1. SoundztoSuccess reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a student or parent repeatedly violates these terms.
2. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
 

• Agreement

By enrolling your child at SoundztoSuccess, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, structured, and effective learning environment for all.
