Math Magic – Level 3

At SoundztoSuccess, Math Magic – Level 3 is designed for children aged 5 to 7 years who have a solid understanding of basic numbers and operations and are ready to tackle more advanced concepts. This course builds deeper number sense, strengthens problem-solving skills, and introduces new mathematical ideas in a fun, hands-on way.

Offered in small group classes of 5 to 6 children or one-to-one sessions, the program ensures that every learner receives individual guidance while enjoying an interactive learning environment. With engaging activities, practical applications, and over 20 years of teaching expertise, our educators make math an exciting journey for every child.
 

What You'll Learn in This Course:

In Math Magic – Level 3 at SoundztoSuccess, your child will learn:

• Counting forwards and backwards from 1 to 500

• Writing and recognizing numbers from 1 to 500

• Skip counting by 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, and 10s

• Understanding and working with place value (ones, tens, hundreds)

• Addition and subtraction up to 3-digit numbers (with and without regrouping)

• Introduction to multiplication and division using visual methods and grouping

• Solving story/word problems involving all four operations

• Comparing and ordering numbers up to 500

• Identifying and working with fractions (½, ⅓, ¼)

• Recognizing and drawing 2D and 3D shapes, including their properties and symmetry

• Understanding measurement (length, weight, capacity) using standard units

• Reading and writing number names up to 100

• Understanding time (hour, half-hour, quarter-hour) on analog and digital clocks

• Introduction to money – identifying coins/notes, counting, and simple transactions

• Strengthening pattern recognition, classification, and logical reasoning skills
