Grammar Level 2

Our Grammar Level 2 course at SoundztoSuccess is designed for children aged 6 to 8 years. Offered both as group classes with 5-6 children per session and one-to-one lessons, this course builds a strong foundation in grammar fundamentals while enhancing language proficiency through engaging practice. Students will improve their writing skills with proper punctuation and sentence structure, cultivate creativity and critical thinking through storytelling, and boost confidence in oral communication and public speaking. By the end of the course, your child will excel in grammar, construct grammatically correct sentences, write effectively, express creativity, and communicate confidently.

• Foundational Concepts: Nouns (review), singular and plural forms, indefinite and definite articles (review)

• Demonstratives: This, that, these, those

• Pronouns: Subject and object pronouns

• Verb Tenses and Agreement: Verbs, helping verbs, noun-verb agreement

• Types of Sentences and Verb Tenses: Present, past, future

• Sentence Structure and Construction: Punctuation, subject and predicate, creating and jumbling sentences

• Conjunctions: FANBOYS (For, And, Nor, But, Or, Yet, So)

• Descriptive Language: Adverbs, adjectives (comparative, positive, superlative)

• Prepositions and Picture Talk: Oral speaking and creative expression through jam sessions and extempore
