Confident Readers
Course Overview:
After completing the Fluent Readers course at SoundztoSuccess, children aged 5.6 to 8 years can progress to the Confident Readers course. Designed for small groups of 5-6 kids, this course deepens their phonics knowledge and enhances their reading and writing skills. With a focus on more advanced phonics rules and sounds, your child will become even more confident in reading and writing longer words with correct spelling.
Throughout this course, children will learn to read and write words up to 10 letters with improved fluency and accuracy.

In the Confident Readers course, your child will build on their existing skills and master more complex phonics concepts, including:

Bossy ‘r’: Understanding how ‘r’ changes vowel sounds

wh and ph: Learning unique sounds of ‘wh’ and ‘ph’

/ear/ and /air/: Recognizing and using these vowel sounds
